Shipping & Returns


F.O.B. (Freight on Board) Direct Distributors Warehouse. No shipments to overdue accounts.

Special Order Items:

Special order non-stocked items are Not Returnable.

Damages and Shortages:

Direct Distributors responsibility ceases upon delivery of shipment to the designated carrier. Any shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours after arrival. Any and all visible damage must be noted on the freight bill and signed by the driver. These claims must be made to the freight carrier.


No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. No damaged product will be accepted. Product returned will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. All returned items must be shipped pre-paid.

Defective Goods:

All goods claimed defective will be subject to inspection before replacement or credit. Defective claims do not include damaged goods.

Product Changes:

Our continued commitment of product improvement may result in changes to specifications without notice.
