Frequently Asked Questions

We are a new or existing business and would like to purchase your products for resale.

We are always looking for new clients to form relationships with. Please send us an email through the “Contact Form” and our Sales & Service team will contact you directly with details on setting up a purchasing account.

We manufacture Plumbing and Bath products and we're looking to enter the Canadian Marketplace through centralized distribution channels.

I would like to purchase an item on your website. Can I purchase the item directly through your website or company?

We do have “Replacement Parts” and “On-line Specials” available for purchase directly on our website, but the majority of products can be purchased through a reputable Plumbing Wholesaler or Retailer. Please see our “Where to Buy” section to locate a dealer near you.

Do all your products pass Canadian code and compliance standards?

Most of our products sold pass or exceed CSA standards (Canadian Standards Association) and CAN/ULC S102-07 Burn and Smoke Tests.

What are the conditions of sale for your products?

Freight:
F.O.B from Direct Distributors Warehouse.

Minimum Orders:
No minimum order level. No shipments to overdue accounts.

Special Order Items:
Special order, non-stocked items are not returnable.

Damages & Shortages:
Direct Distributors responsibility on all shipments ceases upon delivery to the designated carrier. Any shortages must be reported within 24 hrs after arrival. Any and all visible damage must be noted on the freight bill and signed for by the driver. These claims must be made to the freight carrier.

Returns:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. No damaged product will be accepted. Products that are returned in non-stable cartons will be charged a minimum 20% repacking and re-stocking fee. All returned items must be shipped prepaid.

Defective Goods:
All goods claimed defective will be subject to inspection before replacement or credit is provided. Defective claims do not include damaged goods.

Product Changes:
Our continuous commitment to product improvement may result in changes to specifications without notice.
